Day 1-3: Bangkok - The Urban Oasis

Arrival in Bangkok (BKK/DMK), transfer to an eco-certified hotel/guesthouse in a low-impact area like the Old Town or near the river. Evening: Stroll through Lumphini Park to experience an urban green space and spot monitor lizards. Transfers : Private Vehicle
Morning: Visit Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha) and Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). Use public transport (BTS Skytrain/MRT) and Chao Phraya Express Boat to minimize carbon footprint. Afternoon: Take a longtail boat tour of the Klongs (canals) to see a more traditional, quieter side of Bangkok.
Morning: Organic Farm & Cooking Class. Travel just outside the city for a hands-on experience at a farm that practices sustainable agriculture. Learn to cook authentic Thai food using fresh, local ingredients. Evening: Visit a local, non-touristy night market for authentic street food.

Day 4-6: Chiang Mai - Ethical Wildlife & Hill Tribes

Morning: Fly from Bangkok to Chiang Mai (CNX). Transfer to a locally owned boutique resort or eco-lodge outside the main city for a peaceful setting. Afternoon: Relaxation or a gentle walk around the lodge's natural surroundings.

Full Day at an Ethical Elephant Sanctuary (e.g., Elephant Nature Park or a reputable alternative). Spend the day observing rescued elephants, helping to prepare their food, and learning about ethical conservation. Absolutely NO riding or performing.

Community-Based Tourism (CBT) Day Trip: Visit a Karen hill tribe village or a village like Mae Kampong. Engage with locals to learn about their traditional lifestyle, forest coffee production, or natural dyeing methods. Support their local economy by purchasing handicrafts.

Day 7-10: Koh Samui - Marine & Island Life

Morning: Fly from Chiang Mai to Koh Samui (USM). Transfer to your accommodation (ideally a resort with a strong focus on sustainability and waste reduction). Afternoon: Relax by the beach or pool.

Full Day Ang Thong Marine National Park: Take an eco-conscious boat tour (small group, responsible operator) to the stunning limestone islands. Activity: Kayaking through hidden lagoons and snorkeling in designated areas. Note: Choose an operator that follows a strict "no feeding, no touching, take nothing but photos" policy.

Samui's Hidden Nature: Visit the Secret Buddha Garden (Magic Garden) in the hills for a quiet, artistic nature walk. Afternoon: Visit a local coconut or organic fruit plantation to see how traditional products are sustainably farmed.

Free time for rest or a traditional Thai massage.

Day 11-13: Phuket - Gibbon Rescue & Andaman Sea

Full Day Phang Nga Bay: Take a low-impact sea kayaking tour through the mangrove forests and limestone caves (Hongs). This non-motorized experience gets you up close with the delicate coastal ecosystem. Activity: Support local guides who are experts in the mangrove environment.
Explore the North: Visit Sirinat National Park on Phuket's northern coast, which includes protected beaches like Hat Nai Yang. Look for sea turtle nesting sites (season permitting) and enjoy the untouched natural beachscape away from the crowds.
Day 14: Departure
Final breakfast and transfer to Phuket International Airport (HKT) for your onward flight.
